A couple days ago, I was in NYC to visit my grandparents and my aunt. I went with them to an aquarium called Atlantis.
My favorite exhibit was the sea lion show. The star of the sea lion show was a sea lion named Bumper. There was a shark tank exhibit except there were other fish and things in there.
There was a penguin egg hunt and the maximum eggs you could get were 5 eggs which meant you could take out 5 pieces of paper that said what your prizes were. Phoenix got all candy and I got 2 color-a-buttons ,1 free ride on their Submarine Simulator, and 2 candies.
Last, we went to the arcade. The games I played were Deal or no Deal, Skee-ball, and 2 games of Cartoon Network Racing. At the arcade we earned 116 tickets. We each bought a backscratcher. I also bought a tatoo and a frog. Phoenix got a squeezy fish and a frog.
Going to Atlantis was awesome!:)

Yesterday I went to a basketball tournament called the finals. My team name was the Oklahoma City Thunder. The other team names were the Timberwolves, the Spurs, the Sixers, and the Magic. My team always played on court D. The people on my team(other than me) were Seth Reisser and Timmy Sours. After we lost on the elimination round I cried because I really wanted a trophy. There were two other competitions. One was a three point competition and the other was a foul shot competition. Oh I almost forgot! We had Dominoe’s pizza for lunch. After everything I bought a sour patch kids and I think a lollipop.

As presented for the Graffiti Talent Show:
In 2019, there was a space shuttle which was already built. Everybody in the United States was wondering where it would be sent. The the governor of Phoenix, Arizona called NASA (which was now located in Denver, Colorado) and said, “I have a great idea!”
“Let’s send it to Mars with the bravest astronauts, to see if there are aliens there.”
Sam, the shuttle builder, answered, “Oh, Bob! You’re such a genius! I’m gonna call the bravest ones RIGHT NOW!” as he hung up.
Right away, that very moment after Bob hung up, Sam called the brave ones on the loudspeaker and said, “Alex, Terry, and Albert – report to the office in 10 minutes. — You are going on an important mission.”
They stopped talking to each other and immediately walked to the office where Sam was. Sam said to them, “You three have been chosen to go to Mars to see if there are any aliens there.”
When they heard this, they were happy and astonished together. Then Sam continued, “You will drive back to your houses, say goodbye to your wives and your children, and drive back here at 4pm.
So after he told them the rest of the mission, they did what he told them. The days turned into a week and so they walked into the rocket ship and it launched to Mars at 1pm on Monday, July 21.
After more than 7 months passed, they landed on Mars as expected. They went out of the space shuttle and walked around – with big, huge footsteps, as if they were jumping really high and they stayed in the air as if they were flying.
After some time, when they were walking, Terry found a big hole. He shouted, “HOORAY! Come over here, guys! I found something!”
It was a little creature the size of a yardstick. It was glaring up at them with one eye, because he only had one eye. He looked like a green glob of jelly and had no nose. He had 4 arms coming from the upper part of his body. And he had 4 legs, and they were coming straight down the bottom of his body like humans. When you put your hand on him, there’s an outline of your hand on him. He feels rubberish. He’s not heavy at all.
Terry reached down into the hole to pick him up, and amazingly it let himself get picked up. Albert flipped the switch (it is for communicating with Earth) and said, “Terry is holding it right now. It makes noises like, ‘PIPIPI-ZZZ-CHRRC-VHUTT.’”
Albert continued talking to Sam, “I’m going to take a picture right now! I hope he doesn’t get loose.” Amazingly, the alien let himself get photographed….

Then he asked me quieter this time, “Why are you smaller than everybody else?”
And I replied, “A great white shrunk me. He is probably your enemy. But he left me with a lot of strength! So maybe we can be a team! How about that?”
“Awesome!!!!”
Now this time I shook. So the next day we looked high and low over hills, on roofs, in the ocean, and finally there was a goblin shark doing an unusual thing. He was eating the school lunch for the next day. It was salmon. My favorite! We were hiding behind the refrigerator when the tiger shark whispered, “Hey. I know him. His name is Sam.”
“I just knew you’d know him somehow.”
After three salmon, he was going to sleep. Luckily, there were cots. So when he was sleeping, we snuck up on him, then the tiger shark bit him on the fin. He awoke when just then he had a sudden pain in his back (I stabbed him with a swiss knife that I kept in my pocket, because I read that boys should always keep swiss army knives in their pockets). And that’s the end of the tale.

After they ate him, they had a big party that lasted the rest of the week! Back in the city, things were not going pretty well because next, a tiger shark came. So, most of the people moved to other countries. A lot of them moved to Peru to see the beautiful sights. Anyway, the people moved because they thought he would eat them and invade the city. But I was not so sure. I walked up to it. And I shouted, “ARE YOU EVIL!!!???” His response was “NO!” His yell was deafening, but I did not get deafened. Then at that very same moment, he noticed I was very small.

One day I was going to the grocery when a great white emerged from a cloud. (The shark was magic.) I dared myself to be face to face with the great white. And that is what I did. And then the shark shrunk me with his magic vision so that I was about 2 centimeters tall. But he accidentally left me with a lot of strength. And so, I punched out his eyeballs and he didn’t know where he was going so he bumped into a building. Then his nose was bleeding. Then I punched him again and he flew away to a magical land where he belonged. Then hunters there hunted him and killed him. Then they ate him for their supper.

One morning, my dad drank coffee. He left his cup on the table. Later ,when my mom wanted to draw something, I said,”maybe you can draw the cup.” So, she got her sketchpad…and started to draw…and draw…until she was done . She showed my dad first(because he drank from it.). Next she showed me. Then my brother.

As I ‘ve been having chicken pox, I was drawing superheroes and villains and aliens and dinos and people from old shows. For example, Barney Rubble. I was drawing them from books that teach you how to draw them. In my head I can draw them really good. My mom said “if you can draw good in your head, and you can’t do as good as you did in your head then you need to practice more with your hand.”

One evening, my back itched. Me my dad and my mom didn’t know it was chicken pox but it was! The next day I went to Dr.Yoon. She told my mom it was chicken pox. After that, I chose a lollipop for me and a lollipop for Phoenix. Mine was cherry Phoenix’s was chocolate. After lunch I ate my lollipop.
If I go to school with chicken pox I would spread it to other people, so I have to stay home from school for 5 days. I also can’t go to soccer and church.
This is the worst Halloween because I couldn’t go trick or treating.
I have 42 chicken pox polka dots. I counted them as my mom put medicine on them. It will make my dots not tickle.
I hope I don’t get more chicken pox but if I do, I would have to stay home for more days!
